Welcome — and thank you for your interest in our farm. Milk Thistle Farm is an intimate, family-owned, organic* dairy located in beautiful Columbia County, New York. We know each cow by name, and allow them to spend the entire growing season out in the fields, only coming into the barn to be milked.

You can try our milk and meet Dante, the farmer, at these New York City Green Markets:
- Fridays: Union Square
- Saturdays (8am-3pm year round): Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn, NW entrance of Prospect Park
- Saturdays: (8am-3pm year round): Inwood, Isham Street between Cooper and Seaman
- Sundays: (8am-3pm June–Nov) Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn Carroll street between Court and Smith
- Sundays: The Columbia Market, 114th & Broadway
